It has taken a week our property to even be acknowledged by Darwin Homes. We are in the process of moving out and when we have called to get clarification on what the process is like we are told contradicting things, we were hung up on twice after long wait times to even speak with someone, told our issues are “minor and that others have more important,” not having phone calls returned. The level of customer service is appalling and needs to seriously be addressed.

I do not like the online option. I've never heard of a company wanting me to give a third party company my username and password for my personal bank institution. I understand giving my account number and routing number but my password to my bank account is absurd! I am very offended that this company agrees with this method especially when there is a high risky time of fraud and scam. I am a new but very upset client.

It took me 2 hours to reach someone to set up my account to make a payment. Please find way to skip calling to setup and have it directly ready for online. The chat, text, and email was a joke as well because no one responded.
Never has a property management company made me feel so welcome. Dealing with the last one was more than a challenge so I am excited about the future.
My heat went out and I submitted a maintenance request ,I spoke to several people trying to get the heat fixed. Laurence was very helpful and aplogetic ,he kept on contact with me until the order was finished . a week later he contacted me back just to check in and make sure everything was working well. Very sympatic to situation and never lost his cool as I did several times
I was being very polite asking for a lot of information at one time. However as soon as I asked about sending a copy of a pair of keys instead of stating she didn’t know she asked me to send an email. When I asked for management she stood quite, catched an attitude, and told me if I really wanted a address she’ll give me the money order address which isn’t what I asked for. And she got upset with me because I wanted management so I can take care of my property that I was unaware management changed trying to pay my rent and send copy of my keys for the new locks I’m about to fix. She told me she was gonna hang up on me and so I just proceeded to assist her and ended the call. I’m now in the phone again waiting for a next agent hoping for better results
New tenant, after property management changed to Darwin Homes. I called to set up my new account, and the agent who answered was unfriendly and rushed me off the phone. The account was then incorrectly attached to a different property. I called back and got the same agent, who responded with the same rushed attitude and barely concealed annoyance. This was a frustrating situation made more frustrating by the lack of care and respect by the agent on the phone. Not a good start to this new relationship of tenant and property management.

I've been without heat for 2 weeks and I have kids from age 3-17 and having to run multiple space heaters throughout my home for weather being below freezing and waking up to look at the thermostat stating its 48 degrees inside my home. I have gas assistance that I won't get back because I used it all on electrical heaters and a huge electrical bill and I still dont have heat and went all of Thanksgiving without heat.
This Rhino company has been challenging.
Getting moved in with Darwin was delightful. There were a few hiccups and each time they handled efficiently and with great communication.
Horrible customer service. These people are liars and did not have our house move in ready. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for somebody to make it ready.
