My rent has been paid as of March 1st to the previous property management team. Now that this address has been bought as of March 8th and now ran by a different property management team, they’re asking for rent t be paid for the second time in March. I’ve sent over proof of payment and they still have it showing I owe 780. Tell me your unprofessional without saying you’re unprofessional! What a mess they are.

First time renting and the experience was great! Whenever we had questions they would answer… any time of day/night. The application process was easy and they were quick to respond in letting us know if more documents were needed.

Darwin home was great with the turn around. I put in an application and within 48 hours it was being actively processed and by day 4 we were approved. I love how they partner with Rhino for deposits, because moving as we know financially sets you back in the beginning. There were a few issues when it came to clearly communicating the next steps and I had to call but it was quickly cleared up.

I had a issue with the heating in the home im renting and I was able to speak with Laurence and he hot the issue taken of the same day we spoke. I was very happy with his customer service.

The experience was really good. The instructions was very easy to follow and filling out the application was very easy, no complications. The reply was fast, therefore, I will say communication was excellent. Great I would recommend to my friends and other family members. Thank you.

My furnace stopped working Laurence got back to be in a time manner to get the problem taken care of was very polite

This company is new and they already started out bad by not fixing anything and cutting my water off and other things I will be moving soon!
