I recommend Darwin Homes property management. Oliver provide great support on home owner statement corrections.
My l lease was due to be renewed. Ended today and instead of getting a new lease to sign I received a notice that due to inspection results we can’t renew it. And we have to be out in 18 days. They sent the email after 5, so I was unable to contact anyone.
This is my second time to write a review for Darwin Homes. Your customer service is absolutely the best. Tina is amazing and her enthusiasm to help me was outstanding. If I've only known your leasing company a while back I should have not been in a stressful situation. Kudos to your amazing employees, they're a bunch of ROCKSTARS. And to Tina you made my day! Keep up the great job. 5 stars and more!

I appreciate Darwin Homes prompt response to my repair concerns. Their response has been A+….fast response with competent, professional contractors who were respectful and knowledgeable when they came to my home….these contractors actually called me with their ETA!!!

Going through Darwin Homes has been an easy breezy process! The Leasing Manager Coleen has been the best! The whole team has been very helpful but I would like to point out Coleen for her prompt and detailed responses! She is very professional and sweet. I really appreciate the help and I’m very excited to move into my new home!!

Darwin Homes is a scam. We never received what we paid for. The house had electrical fire hazards that could have killed us the whole time we were there. We lost almost half our income for the year from consistent power outages and the NINE vendors that showed up to quote the same job. (We work from home) On top of it all, once we hired lawyers and decided to withhold rent until the home was habitable, they ghosted our lawyers for 3 months and filed for an unlawful eviction. We are now broke, living in our car, AND we have an eviction on our record. Clearly these tech bros have the money to throw at as many lawyers and judges they need to silence anyone who speaks out against them. They are so bad at keeping up with dates and communicating with each other that they wrote down the wrong day for court AND DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP IN PERSON. They threw a random employee that had never been to our house or ever spoken to us on the phone for the trial. Being abused and neglected for half a year was maddening and horrible for our metal health to begin with, but not being able to face our abusers in court has crossed a personal line that I can NEVER forgive. You better believe we will be showing up in Austin at their Hilton office to face them before the year is up.
I really felt the warmth and welcome on the phone call. Which put my mind at ease having a new property owner. I look forward to a awesome relationship with the company. Thank you kindly

Although I read all the reviews about this Property Management Company, I would have to say my experience has been pleasant. However, more contact and communication with the leasing individuals could be better, everything was pleasant. I am happy I chose Darwin homes so far.
