Rushed Off The Phone!
New tenant, after property management changed to Darwin Homes. I called to set up my new account, and the agent who answered was unfriendly and rushed me off the phone. The account was then incorrectly attached to a different property. I called back and got the same agent, who responded with the same rushed attitude and barely concealed annoyance. This was a frustrating situation made more frustrating by the lack of care and respect by the agent on the phone. Not a good start to this new relationship of tenant and property management.
