Very thorough and precise

The beginning process was great from start to finish. The process in which to apply was easy and hassle free . Communication with the Darwin team so far has been good . I look forward to the lease term and what this year will bring with Darwin homes .

We had slow communication at first, however as I got more into the process, I got quicker response back from the company. Some of the phone numbers that are on emails or text messages do not work, however the main office number does.

My house was sold then a 30 day notice to vacate was given. They started renovating the home and my deposit was never returned to me in which I am still trying to get months later.

Wild Goose Chase I was sent on a mess while trying to get into my rental home. My roommates and I could not get into our house on move in day and we talked to 3 customer service people from Darwin Homes. I was on the phone with someone for almost 45 minutes and they ended up just referring me to another office. My roommate never made it to the front of the queue despite joining before me. My third roommate finally got a hold of someone who solved the problem in 5 minutes. Unbelievable. The whole time the agent on my line did not listen to me and kept saying we must have missed something or not scheduled our move in, even though the problem was 100% on their end.

Cristine did an amazing job! A very timely review of our application and was extremely responsive in her communications and with any questions we had. These application processes can be stressful at times but she made it one of the smoothest my wife and I have ever experienced.

Everything for trying to get someone on the phone to get something fixed is a battle I will never met with the stupid again

Really great response times, but they weren't able to get everything fixed before our move in date, even after weeks of notice. Also has an extremely restrictive lease. We may get charged for "not having our utilities set up in time" even though we did it through their recommended concierge service in a timely manner and they were late getting back to us.

They have so far been very thorough and easy to work with. Very helpful in our rental process.

Darwin Homes was the only company in our area that was responsive and easy to contact. Any questions with viewing rentals were answered immediately and the application process was quick. This company has great communication skills and a team that's on it!
