Wild Goose Chase
Wild Goose Chase I was sent on a mess while trying to get into my rental home. My roommates and I could not get into our house on move in day and we talked to 3 customer service people from Darwin Homes. I was on the phone with someone for almost 45 minutes and they ended up just referring me to another office. My roommate never made it to the front of the queue despite joining before me. My third roommate finally got a hold of someone who solved the problem in 5 minutes. Unbelievable. The whole time the agent on my line did not listen to me and kept saying we must have missed something or not scheduled our move in, even though the problem was 100% on their end.
