Terrible experience it was good until I…

Terrible experience it was good until I moved into the property.. the place was unclean not maintained for a new tenant or in move in condition..was and still is unable to reach owners or property managers they constantly hanging up on me whn I call to get help and assistance. moving into the property as been a hellish nightmare only thing good about them is that they participate in rhino program... terrible terrible terrible!!!!!! a huge thumbs down if I could give 0 stars I would have this Management company is the worse experience I have EVER had, especially being a new resident to Georgia. they have completely dropped the ball

I have inspection today for the repairs nobody showed yesterday and the man came in today. Did you get your letter for from section 8 for inspection. You can reach me my phone got stolen so I guess you can't talk right here because I've been calling in some reason I can't get a live person

Darwin Homes, con artists extraordinaire

This organization is an exhibit in the complete failure of communication. There is absolutely no concern for the tenant, vendor, or the property owner. Cold, curt responses, telephone and e-mail contacts that lead to nowhere, and outsourced customer service put into place for no reason other than to endure the verbal agony of anyone unfortunate enough to be conned into dealing with Darwin Homes. This company is a legal liability and one unfortunate oversight away from dissolving into financial ruin.

We applied for the property and once we got confirmation of reception of our application, no communication came to us only to later be told that you have not heard from us when the communication needed to come from you and be rushed into signing the lease in a days time or we would loose the house

I’ve signed my lease almost two weeks…

I’ve signed my lease almost two weeks ago and when I signed it they said that they will get the air conditioner fixed within the next two to three business days. I’m almost moving in after two weeks waiting for them to fix the air conditioner and nothing. My experience has been horrible. I wish I could go back at the time and not apply for this house. My lease hasn’t started yet and I don’t really wanna deal with this company anymore. Everyday they promise me that somebody is going to the house that day and nothing, just lies, lies and lies. Every single customer care representative tells me something different and on top of that I have to wait for an answer at least 30 minutes. Today I was on hold for 1:20 minutes I have the screenshot ( I can call twice per day and they keep telling me something different each time) Don’t rent with this property. I wish somebody read this and fix my problem because it seems like they don’t care.

Great communication and teamwork from…

Great communication and teamwork from the Darwin team. Everyone was on the same page. My questions were answered and the question that couldn’t be answered I was directed to someone who could answer. Glad to have Darwin homes as my property manager
