I have been extremely impressed with Darwin Homes. They have gotten back to us quickly, and efficiently. There are times where I would have liked to speak to an actual person to explain further my situation, however so far I have had no problems.
Before move in the staff was very responsive. After the lease was signed the experience has been horrible. AC broken. They said they'd bring a temporary one but so far there's nothing. The grass in the yard is too my thighs. All things that should have been resolved before move-in. When I asked about it I wait hours for a response. I signed my lease 2 days ago and I'm already looking at options to get out of it. I'm disappointed to say the least.
Amazing company with fast and timely service. Brandon and Coleen got our application approved and the lease to us within 48 hours. We are so thankful!

Such an incredibly enjoyable experience working with everyone at Darwin Homes. From start to finish, each individual has made this process as painless as possible. Communication was timely, concise and polite, both by email and phone. We needed to add an additional pet after the Lease had been written up and this was not an issue. Cannot say enough about their exceptional customer service! Thank you Cristine and Christina for everything you've done to make this dream a reality for us! 10 Stars if possible!

Well the first thing, I think charging $55 per person to apply to rent is quite steep. 2nd having a move in charge of $199 is ridiculous. I also feel some things in the lease are not necessarily ethical such as having tenant responsible for any issue with doors or windows and having tenant responsible for damages which occur by vandalism. If the house is vandalized and a police report is filed then the owner propert insurance should be responsible. Renters insurance only covers so much. And a property owner has home owners insurance for a reason. I attempted 3 times to ask questions about the lease, calling the number and pressing option 2 for new applications and leases none of the people who answered the phone could help and the actual property manager never called me back. For the good now, the process for applying was made quite simple through the use of their website and the online signature and authentication process.

What is my experience so far with you guys well I called three times and was placed on hold no one bothered to pick up my phone call to help me with being able to walk me through paying my rent for the first time with you guys I had to call in my own family for them to help me figure this out
