Tell a renter that everything will stay the same when you buy the house they are living in and then the next week tell them they have to move out so you can renovate it.

Darwin Homes has a great team. The online application process was smooth even with submitting additional documents. I was able to communicate when needed and I am happy to say I am a resident using Darwin Homes.

The support team, specifically, Pol, Camille and April, were phenomenal during the leasing process. They are always available to answer my questions and getting my requested forwarded to the right people. I am also very happy that my property manager Juliya completed the entire make-ready process extremely fast and efficient way. The only reason this isn't a 5-star view is a listing mistake that categorized the home wrongly as an apartment which I had to talk to Zillow to get corrected and that took a few days. Overall very good work considering the complexity of the home rental process

They were so fast at responding to my email, and they even gave me a personal phone call, to make sure everything was still ok. So far we are off to a good start.

The process has been so fast and friendly.

We were extremely dissapointed to find that the home we're renting was not inspected before we moved in. The home was dirty and had saw wood all over from the new construction. The pool was bright green and the irrigation had a major leak. We are now paying extra for water to refill the pool and the water we lost in the leak. We reported these issues to the company, but weeks later we're still waiting on a resolution. We like the home itself, but will have to spend our own time and money to get it ready to live in. Very frustrating! **I will update this when the issues have been resolved to see how long it takes them to fix major problems in their homes.

Darwin Homes has been wonderful to work with throughout the entire leasing process. I appreciate the fact that customer service is an actual person to speak with and follow up is prompt. Very happy with this property management company.

Waited 1/2 hour on hold, just to be told they would have to call me back! Should have said so at beginning of call so I didn't have to waste my time!!!

It was a nice quick and easy process. The leasing manager was also very helpful throughout.

Darwin Homes was great to work with! They were very responsive and quick as well! Once all of our required documents were received, we were advised we would hear back in 24/48hrs. In less than 24hrs we received the approval of our new home. Could not be happier!

Was so excited we found a place got approved so fast love the rhino option. Set up to sign lease they were very responsive. Then I went to sign the lease the date was wrong showed next year I called emailed and text and no reply there was quite a few number options. Finally got ahold of someone who said they would email me. Waited till the evening still no response called, emailed and texted again. Next day same thing they said they would email. Nothing my lease deadline was the next day so I was so worried no one responded or called or reached out where was the nice responsive people. Still haven't talked to anyone signed with the wrong year because I need this place so let's see if they correct it.

We were able to find our dream home, and so much of that was due to Darwin! Thanks Darwin!

Very clear and good service

It has been a great experience from start to finish. Everyone has been so helpful. The house we chose looks great. They have been in constant communication with us from the beginning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home.
