I recently visited a property and I had the pleasure of working with Darwin Homes. I have to say, they made my experience an incredibly positive one. They were extremely knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. They took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and made me feel like a valued prospective tenant. Not only were they professional and helpful, but they also had a warm and friendly demeanour that made me feel at ease. Outstanding service from Darwin Homes property management.

Andrea McMillan Is the first person at Darwin homes to take my concerns seriously and did the most to ensure the pool to this property was taken care of and up to standards. After a few e-mail and pictures she was able to have a professional come out to really clean it and treat it properly to be safe to swim in. This coming weekend will be the first time we will be enjoying the pool this entire summer. She is also going to have someone come mount the dishwasher because it was never done since we moved in almost 2 years ago we have not been able to use it at all.I sincerely hope that the owner of this home recognizes her efforts to keep the maintenance up to date. I made many previous attempts in the past but to no avail until Andrea McMillan took action! Many Thanks Andrea 😊
I have been in my home since May and it has been nothing but problems. Before we moved in there was no hot water turns out thousands of gallons of water were being dumbed into crawl space due to a busted pipe. Home has honey bees under the front panel of the home, company had closed the work order without getting the issue resolved. Leak in attic from hvac unit that resulted in water in the smoke detectors and water damage to ceiling, linen closet and carpet. Mold spores on ceiling where the leak was. Microwave broken work order for that canceled. I have sent numerous emails to get zero response. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE.
We have been with Darwin Homes Property management now for over a year, and I can honestly say that they are by far the best, most professional, attentive property management company I have ever dealt with. We have two homes with them and they inspect the homes thoroughly and on a timely basis. They keep us informed of all issues that come up with cost-effective solutions. I highly recommend Darwin Homes to everyone in need of reliable service.
Darwin Homes has been a great help in managing our property. They are quick to reply when we have a need or question. They strive and work hard with all parties involved and always keep a very high bar of the quality, turn-around times and complete customer satisfaction. They have a high level of customer service and have been easy to work with. We made good decision when we choose Darwin Homes Property Management.
My manager is AWESOME! I always have a great expierence with Darwin Homes especially my manager Andrea M. She is always willing to answer any question I have and helped me resolve my longstanding maintenance issue. She is by far the best!

My experience with Chana Cooper was top tier. She is very patient and well informed. She ensured that I was informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions that I had. Her response time was very efficient.
IF I could I would give this company a NEGATIVE 2.. The ONLY thing went smooth was applying and paying the application fees.. But hey that figures. I applied for a 3 bedroom house for the amount of 1495.00/m. BEFORE I applied I reached out to ask ALL THE QUESTIONS I needed answers to because I’m tight on money and I don’t have it to just give away. My 1st question was.. Does the property accept housing vouchers? I was told Yes 2. Do I need to submit an application for my so. Whom is 18 but he’s Non Verbal. He has a speech impairment. His hand writing isn’t the best but he can write his name. Also He is STILL attending school.. basically he has autism. I’m His Caregiver AND Power Of Attorney. If needed I can submit documentations. Well I was told he still need to apply .. Ok Cool. I applied. Well I get a message from someone name Mr. PEPETO from Adoor. It’s their house but managed by Darwin OR some like that. Well he told me AFTER I submitted and PAID my application fees that I needed to make 4 times the rent to qualify. ALSO my son doesn’t have a resident score so he disqualified. Wait HUH?! So I reached out to Darwin and let them know what was going on.. I was told that I DID NOT need to make 4 times the rent IF I’m using a housing voucher.. If I made 4 times the rent I WOULDN’T have a housing voucher. Long story short..It’s been a MONTH No CALL BACK NO REPLY TO MY INQUIRY I submitted to Darwin. NO ONE WILL CONTACT ME AT ALL. I feel like I was discriminated against due to Myself and Son being handicap. I guess when they checked my resident history.. they seen that I RECEIVE ALL MY DEPOSIT (s) !!! Back.Because from the looks of it on Google.. Darwin likes to take people’s deposits FOR things that were not done prior to moving in. I’m gong to contact the BBB because I need a better excuse to WHY I didn’t qualify. And please Darwin Have that proof on the application. People BEWARE and ASK QUESTIONS!
Darwin Homes Property Management has always treated me well. I've been with them for about 6 years. Really fast responding to repair requests, etc. No complaints. They 're always there when you need help, handling every maintenance request with professionalism, care, and a touch of magic. Also, my property manager is very helpful and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this company.
Great customer service skills from Ms.Chana. Love Darwin homes attention to detail going hand by hand with modern technology which made the whole process from viewing any rental to applying a wonderful experience. Totally recommended!!!
Out of the blue we had to move by November or sooner. I went on the site to pay on time and saw a $750 legal fee and $35 legal fee I spoke with Krystal who said it was valid and must be paid and another $300 will be added soon. Horrible this company must be about to bankrupt this is bad no one can give me a legit answer I wish I can give a negative star a lawsuit need to be done. I have a daughter I don’t have time for this.
I don't think this company is real. Darwin Homes lied to me for almost three months straight. They don't communicate well at all. Brandon Smiley kept telling me that he was working on my papers to move but I never heard back. I sent everything they needed; I kept paying those 55-dollar application fee like a big dummy. I was lied to and it's just not right. This company should be shut down, if its even real.
Andrea McMillian is wonderful! We have been having some issues with one of the vendors and she has stayed on top of it and is very quick ro respond!! I appreciate her hardwork and compassion!! I hope she knows how appreciated she is!!

Our AC has been out for an entire year in our master bedroom, my bathroom keeps leaking, my mater bathroom wall isn't painted, my floors are lifting for old flooring, and we cannot get in touch with our property management team. I have tried countless times over the past month to get in touch with them, but I am only ever directed to a "maintenance department" which, evidently, has no capability of putting me in touch with decision-makers at Darwin Homes. I have two young children (one still nursing), and we are in the Mcdonough Ga & we have been told my staffing to raise our windows. I am afraid of rodents. At one point, after several days of calling, we were finally given a phone number to contact a member of the Property Management team; however, upon calling the number, I realized that the maintenance department had given me a number to an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY. This can only mean one thing: Darwin Homes' maintenance department contracts out to several different "Property Management Teams"--it is no wonder they cannot do something as basic as give me a number for my PM team, as they are probably contracted out to a dozen management teams. These people DO NOT care about you; they only care about YOUR MONEY. RENTERS BEWARE. Now, we were told they would come out on Saturday. We spent most of the time waiting around for the AC repair man, only to have them RESCHEDULE. Our Saturday is gone, and we are still left without AC. Darwin Homes ONLY cares if they get your rent on time, and your government will ensure that you are punished for not holding up your end of the bargain, but will the same standard be held for Darwin Homes? Doubtful. As property prices increase, our country will become a tenant state, and despotic, uncaring Land Lords like Darwin Homes will be the norm. STEER CLEAR OF DARWIN HOMES.

Have an issue with being overcharged rent for my final month and have had a difficult time to resolve. Have had to follow up daily and was always promised that someone would get back to me—but am still waiting for the property manager to call back. The staff that handle the incoming calls have been helpful and empathetic, but seem to be the messenger to the property manager(s). The maintenance portal is easy to use and for me most part the techs dispatched arrived promptly when scheduled and have completed the repairs efficiently and professionally. Overall it has been a reasonable experience.
