Awesome company to work with! As a first time renter, they were quick and understanding of my needs and questions. Very easy to get a hold of, personable! I would recommend Darwin Homes property management if you really want an easy and stress free experience.

I simply cannot recommend Darwin Homes enough. From viewing the apartment through moving out, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always incredibly responsive and attentive. I enjoyed renting with them so much. Wonderful people and excellent experience overall !!

DISGUSTING!!!! Just saw a rental today available for touring....MASSIVE infestation of roaches and other bugs. At least 1,000 immediately walking in the home first floor. They KNEW it was in this condition based on the store bought bug cans opened and set on the floor throughout. This is an unbelievable health risk and you let this home be available in this condition. They covered every area of the first floor. I was so disturbed I could hardly get one photo before trying to get the door unlocked and handle open with them crawling everywhere.

Do not rent from this company! Run do not walk. This management company is non-responsive after you sign their lease and they are extremely difficult to contact. They rent properties that require repair and promise to make repairs that never happen.

Darwin Homes team has always made me feel very comfortable. The staff are responsive when I have questions or when maintenance concerns pop up. I also appreciate the convenience of having an online portal to pay rent, view my lease, make maintenance requests, etc. Renting with them has been a significantly better experience compared to other companies/landlords that I have dealt with in the past.

If I could give a negative zero I would Adoor is filing evictions on me because their online portal was not working after I showed proof after a thousand emails saying that I wouldn’t be charged late fee’s after thousands of phone calls no one contacts you in a timely manner I even got a lawyer Adoor don’t even respond to the lawyer I’ve gotten bot emails even talk to lair Abby that said she would call me back after I give her all the proof she needed and asked for still no calls but Adoor can’t take back their emails saying that it was their fault but I well be taking Adoor to court I have my bank statements saying my rent is paid and was PAID ON TIME

It was a scam, I should have known. I went on a tour and was greeted by no one. They gave me a code to enter after I left. I filled out an application and they claimed I was approved. They asked me to wire a cash payment within the same day .

A scammer used your company's website to send me a link of a home to set up a virtual tour. Then sent me a link to complete the application, sent back an approval letter then asked for the application fee via cash app which was a big clue something was off. The fact there is no in person contact is misleading and allows these scammers to prey on people offering rental rates lower than Darwin site posts explaining technical details convincing you otherwise. I'm pretty savvy and this happened to me but fortunately cash app didn't let the transaction go thru. Your company should not allow users to share links to schedule a tour!! This is how he is doing it and still doing it. He had other listings off Darwin too! Your security IT needs to get on it ASAP and require a pin code generated from the users IP address so tour data entry and verification process can't be passed thru multiple people. What is wrong with you people? You all should be made liable and I will be reporting you to Texas licensing for it

They enhanced my views about this property management company and changed my perception of property management companies in general. When informed that I would be moving out prior to the 30 day notice, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move out process and transition for me. They were extremely responsive throughout the process, very personable and friendly, professional and thoughtful. They answered all my questions and were candid and thorough in explaining all procedures and expectations. My experience with Darwin Homes was 10/10.

Highly, highly recommend the team at Darwin's. I've worked with them for years to manage a rental property and then later as a realtor. They're professional, quick to respond and deal with things, and easy to deal with. They made very interaction seamless, and their knowledge of the industry and speedy responses were invaluable to me over the years. If you're in the market for property management, you can't go wrong with them.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE! RUN AWAY! This is the absolute worst management company I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. They do not respond! I had a hole in my ceiling and open vents for 3 weeks after the A/c repair guy fell through due to unsecured beams in attic. Now my rent for the past 3 months have been $200-600 over because of bad plumbing causing the water to run. They are taking their sweet time to repair.

I've been with Darwin Homes Property Management for years, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Finding a reliable and professional property management company was super important to me , and they have been amazing. They have been fantastic-so detail-oriented, responsive, and dedicated. They goes above and beyond to keep my property well-managed and quickly handle any issues. If you need a great property management company, DHPM is the way to go. Their team is fantastic, and they truly care about their clients.

Definitely the worst company in Baltimore I have been renting with Darwin homes I have had multiple issues with my home far as A/c and flooding my home flooded in July 9 2024 Darwin Holmes don’t have emergency maintenance so my home was flooded for 3 days which cause mold to form the company had a vendor come out got the water up fix the a/c remind u it was 94 degrees in my house my son had a medical asthma attack due to the heat and how hot it was fast forward it was mold in the home I spotted on the carpet after it was left to dry with fans the company told the vendor to not treat the mold just replace the padding under the carpet so I refused to live like that and I said no that’s not happening the carpet needs to be brought up and the mold needs to be treated so finally a vendor came treated the mold which I never got the levels back to say if it was safe for me and my children to live there long story short it’s 3 months and my basement looks horrible the baseboards haven’t been replaced the brand new carpet never got installed from the last vendor taking all the carpet up that bugs coming in from the outside because the baseboards was taking up the frames from the basement doors has falling from out the wall I can go on and Darwin homes refuses to fix anything the property has failed multiple inspections

I have been a tenant with Darwin Homes Property Management for a year and am always grateful for that they are kind and clear in communication and their professional care during maintenance visits. I appreciate their honesty, timely coordination, and friendly approach to repairs on my home. I would highly recommend the services o Darwin Homes Property Management without any hesitation.

Absolutely the worst rental management company Ive ever experienced. Stay away from these low lifes. I have had nothing but problems with these people, they want to charge me fees for services they don’t provide and they cant even answer the phone or respond to an email when something important is needed.

Tiana Cunningham left a lasting impression on the way I will always feel for Darwin Homes. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and always replied to my questions in a timely fashion. She was compassionate and understanding of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything being my first time renting a house. I am just forever grateful for her. She was the sweetest and I hope you all keep her and others like her. I would recommend this leasing company over any other hands down. They have always done exceptional work and were so amazing throughout the years. I am writing to day specifically to recognize our current property manager and also the restoration department. They have so much experience and were a huge help through a major structural project we recently completed. He is absolutely amazing for so many reasons, and we can not thank him enough. He and his team were incredible. I highly recommend Darwin Homes Property Management.

Worst property management company I've ever experienced!! We received a notice from Darwin, after a couple months of them taking over our lease from another company, that the home owner planned to sell so we could not renew our lease as of end may 2024. A few days later, they sent us a notice saying the owner wanted to know if we wanted to put in an offer, which we laughed at. At the beginning of May 2024 we received an email stating we would receive more information about or move out as we get closer. We never received any notice requesting a vacancy notice, or move out ANYTHING. We are now getting notices that they are trying to charge us for 2 additional months we didn't even live there, plus their legal fees and utilities for those months, when they never requested any final move out notices, only to tell us today they did a vacancy check on 7/31. Your communication for this entire process has been missing, nobody ever requested any move out anything except the ACH form for the final security deposit, which was signed and emailed back as requested. This is the worst company, avoid renting from them at all costs!!

My rental properties have been managed by Darwin Homes Property Management for years, and they have been very professional, helpful, and courteous. I would like to especially give thanks to them. They have even turned unpleasant experience into positive ones! Now, that is outstanding customer service! Thanks, all.
