What a fantastic experience! Miles came to my house to do our 3D scans for our headphones and couldn't do enoigh for us. He was extreemly helpful and had lots of knowledge to share with us. The headphones came in time for our holiday and they sound absolutely amazing! Thank you Miles!

Recently bought a pair of 64Audio Custom IEMs through DCA. Despite additional hurdles of working overseas and timing consultations, ear impressions and the delivery of the IEMs too fit around me, Miles was always focused on making the experience simple and hassle free. These are my first Custom IEMs but fit like a glove on first use and this is testament to the digital ear scanning technology that the Miles has adopted and perfected. Would recommend Miles and the DCA team to anybody looking for Custom IEMs or custom hearing protection.

Great experience from start to finish. Miles introduced me to all the various brands he deals with, their specialities and what customs can achieve in comparison to universal IEMs. Having finally decided on the 64Audio A12t I was able to get a very competitive qoute from him in comparison to going direct to the manufacturer. Additionally, being able to get 3d impressions included free as part of my purchase has meant impressions can be sent electronically, direct to 64 audio, streamlining the process. Also its good to know that if I were to purchase customs in the immediate future I can use the 3d impressions already on file without having to worry about releasing expanding foam in my ears. Having now received the 64 audio IEMs all I can say is the fit is perfect, no fatigue, lightweight and best of all the best in class sound quality.

Received my first set of customs today. What an experience! And there’s no one I’d of rather gone to other than DCA. After being recommended to by someone, I got in touch, and Miles looked after me every step of the way, what an amazing guy and an amazing business! Friendly, Professional and Helpful. I customised an IEM (FiR Audio model) with Dakin and everything goes smoothly. He always responds quickly and honestly with useful information. I could also come to his office and try the models on before I had to make a decision. I love the idea of 3D scanning, which is convenient, time-saving, and ear-friendly (the traditional way is the part that fears a lot of people away). He did it perfectly and professionally without any discomfort and the entire process was done in 10 minutes. The following process depends on FiR Audio which can be tracked but he did great work on his parts and finally shipped the CIEM to me as fast and securely as possible. From our chats, I can feel how he loves music. This was a fascinating experience!

Miles was brilliant to work with and made the whole experience choosing a new pair of IEM easy. When demoing the IEM, Miles was extremely helpful and gave plenty of space and time but also really good tips on deciding what pair of IEM to go for. Miles listened to what I was was looking for and would take the time answering my questions and help with a budget I had in mind. The service that DCA provide is just outstanding! My band was stepping into the world of IEMs for the first time and Miles helped us with everything we need to know and more. The best part wasn’t receiving the In ears, it was his enthusiasm to help us, he came to our studio and showed up different examples of what we could get that would work best for each member of the band because he cared that we made the right decision for us! The technology he uses to create in ear moulds of ears was amazing to see and the results fit perfectly! I have no issues with my product I received. They’re so comfortable to wear and I use them all the time whether I’m practicing, or travelling on a plane. I definitely recommend DCA if you want to get in ear monitoring as Miles made it such an easy process.

Worked with Miles earlier on in the year and he helped get me sorted out with a new set of custom IEMs. Going in I didn't really know what I was after and what would work right for me but with Miles expertise he managed to get me sorted and I came away with exactly what I needed. Miles is very knowledgeable and a true professional who's incredibly easy to work and deal with. If you're thinking of getting yourself some IEMs and don't really know where to start I'd highly recommend him!

Miles was recommended to me by a band mate who had recently received some CIEMs and I decided to check him out after seeing the website, I was impressed by the company ethos, little touches like planting the tree, and the commitment to ear safety and helping those in the music industry, as well as his impressive range of IEMs for sale. When we met I knew I’d made the right decision as I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and relaxed approach, zero pushiness, happy to talk about his experiences without leading you one way or another, and no attempt to upsell (I managed that all in my own!). The 3D scanning was amazing, incredibly detailed, quick, pain free and fun, and when I was ready to order Miles took care of everything. I even went off-menu with my shell design and he got in touch with FiR and made it happen. The in ears have been perfect of course and Miles’ after sale follow up care has been truly exemplary. I engaged with Miles at DCA in order to upgrade my aged and well-worn ACS T3 single-driver IEMs. I have been very pleased with my current IEMs and didn't want to switch brand. Miles advised me on what was available, prices and pros and cons of various IEMs suited to my needs as a professional keyboard player and vocalist. His state-of-the-art 3D ear scan system was a tremendous advance from the injection mould method I had previously experienced. Far quicker and less obtrusive. Also better for the environment as everything happens in the digital domain. My chosen IEMs were ordered and Miles kept me fully informed throughout the process. Once complete, Miles even met me on the way to a gig to deliver my new IEMs. I used them that night and am thrilled with the results. Much improved sound with excellent isolation. Exactly what I was after. Miles is a trustworthy, knowledgeable IEM specialist who does everything possible to give you the best experience and product for your needs. Highly recommended!

Miles is a legend. As a fellow musician, he definitely knows his stuff and I felt in safe hands throughout! The service was so straightforward and easy from start to finish. The 3D ear scanning tech is simply awesome and oh my days, the fit I've ended up with is absolutely perfect. My new in-ear monitors look, sound, and feel incredible. Awesome service, from an initial chat as I had no clue about what I needed, to coming to me to demo some units and create the mould, Miles was awesome to work with. Solid and friendly advice meant I got the right pair of iems for what I need, without breaking the bank. My iems have been used heavily for most of the busy gigging season and my hearing and performance is so much better for it, thank dude!

Incredible experience! DCA is a great company with excellent knowledge of the market and products that they offer. Always on hand to answer questions, give fair and honest advice and in no way pushy. Top class service from the beginning. Miles was fantastic and was only interested in educating on the products available and what would be best suited for the criteria we provided. The tech he uses in order to obtain the ear imprints was so much more appealing than the traditional way of “foam in the ear”. I felt comfortable on both occasions (had to come back after a ear syringe). I opted for some amazing 64 audio IEMs and a nice touch from Miles was posting them out next day so they would be ready for the gigs that weekend. Miles is your man if custom IEM’s is what you are after. Huge range of products available and you never feel like you are being sold to. Can’t recommend Dakin Custom Audio enough.
