Miles was brilliant to work with and made the whole experience choosing a new pair of IEM easy. When demoing the IEM, Miles was extremely helpful and gave plenty of space and time but also really good tips on deciding what pair of IEM to go for. Miles listened to what I was was looking for and would take the time answering my questions and help with a budget I had in mind. I would highly recommend Miles if your looking into getting a pair of IEM
