Miles was recommended to me by a band mate who had recently received some CIEMs and I decided to check him out after seeing the website, I was impressed by the company ethos, little touches like planting the tree, and the commitment to ear safety and helping those in the music industry, as well as his impressive range of IEMs for sale. When we met I knew I’d made the right decision as I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and relaxed approach, zero pushiness, happy to talk about his experiences without leading you one way or another, and no attempt to upsell (I managed that all in my own!). The 3D scanning was amazing, incredibly detailed, quick, pain free and fun, and when I was ready to order Miles took care of everything. I even went off-menu with my shell design and he got in touch with FiR and made it happen. The in ears have been perfect of course and Miles’ after sale follow up care has been truly exemplary.
