Friendly, Professional and Helpful. I customised an IEM (FiR Audio model) with Dakin and everything goes smoothly. He always responds quickly and honestly with useful information. I could also come to his office and try the models on before I had to make a decision. I love the idea of 3D scanning, which is convenient, time-saving, and ear-friendly (the traditional way is the part that fears a lot of people away). He did it perfectly and professionally without any discomfort and the entire process was done in 10 minutes. The following process depends on FiR Audio which can be tracked but he did great work on his parts and finally shipped the CIEM to me as fast and securely as possible. From our chats, I can feel how he loves music. This was a fascinating experience!
