Miles is a legend. As a fellow musician, he definitely knows his stuff and I felt in safe hands throughout! The service was so straightforward and easy from start to finish. The 3D ear scanning tech is simply awesome and oh my days, the fit I've ended up with is absolutely perfect. My new in-ear monitors look, sound, and feel incredible.
