Why didn’t I invest sooner?!
Top class service from the beginning. Miles was fantastic and was only interested in educating on the products available and what would be best suited for the criteria we provided. The tech he uses in order to obtain the ear imprints was so much more appealing than the traditional way of “foam in the ear”. I felt comfortable on both occasions (had to come back after a ear syringe). I opted for some amazing 64 audio IEMs and a nice touch from Miles was posting them out next day so they would be ready for the gigs that weekend. Miles is your man if custom IEM’s is what you are after. Huge range of products available and you never feel like you are being sold to. Can’t recommend Dakin Custom Audio enough.
