I have been without the Internet since Wed.16th and an engineer was due to come on Tuesday 22nd but didn't turn up. I wasn't happy as I stayed in all day for nothing! When I rang to complain the lady was very apologetic and booked me a slot for Monday 28th. My husband has had a stroke and we are both well into our 80s and we rely on the landlines for contact with doctors etc as they all use that no. I hope this can be sorted out on Monday

This 5 star review is for customer service rep Sam who resolved an issue that had been dragging on for several months. For Cuckoo I would give 1 star. I had cancelled my contract with Cuckoo but continued to be charged for 3 months, this was partly my fault as I hadn't noticed charges on my bank statement. I was also told at the time of cancellation that there was no need to return equipment. When I contacted Cuckoo I was told that I would have to wait until the next payment was taken and then contact them again. I also received several emails informing me that I needed to return equipment otherwise I would be charged, despite being previously advised this was not necessary. I stated that as this was their error they should be contacting me. This was agreed but I never received a phone call so I had to recontact. This was when I spoke to Sam who quickly resolved the issue for me and I received a refund and no charge for non return of equipment.

Tasmia was fantastic today, Polite, eager to help fast and just a ray of sunshine in your customer service department, If all customer service helped in this way and gave the care and attention Tasmia did it would be a business game changer well done Tasmia and cuckoo. Regards Lee.

Great advice, very clear

I was connected to a lovely lady called KV today who was extremely compassionate and helpful when calling about hardships. She went above and beyond to get me help and support. Cuckoo are a great company not only for broadband services (the only service I’ve had great WiFi connection consistently within my area) but for their care and concern for their customers with their support team. Cannot recommend highly enough.
