I have been without the Internet since…
I have been without the Internet since Wed.16th and an engineer was due to come on Tuesday 22nd but didn't turn up. I wasn't happy as I stayed in all day for nothing! When I rang to complain the lady was very apologetic and booked me a slot for Monday 28th. My husband has had a stroke and we are both well into our 80s and we rely on the landlines for contact with doctors etc as they all use that no. I hope this can be sorted out on Monday
