You can do the whole booking together. Flights, cruise etc.
Great customer service and communication. Michelle Darcy was very prompt in replying back to all my emails of query and when she was out of office, got a prompt reply from customer service too and when i talked to gentleman on the phone. He was really helpful too. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Excellent service expert advice and support. The agent was very personable provided sound advice clearly had sound knowledge and expertise. They went over and above to get us the holiday we wanted.
Just booked another cruise with Cruise 1st, they are easy to book with and are cheaper than cruise company website. Michael Kyriakou was are agent today, a very quick and easy booking today. Very helpful

Booked our Japan cruise with Mikey. Quick and efficient ensuring he told us all the essential information. He also gave suggestions what to do on our last day before our evening flight. Just returned from a tour and cruise with cruise 1st to India which was superb so no hesitation in using them again. Can highly recommend 😊
I booked a cruise for the first time with this company & I needed to make an amendment to the booking....... there is a specific email address that you have to email as NO ONE ELSE can make any amendments to bookings and this team are not contactable by phone at all and only work 6 hours per day...... I sent the email off 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard or been contacted by anyone from the amendments team. I did receive an "bounce back email" to confirm they have received my email ..... However, when I have rung to try and get someone to go to the specific team to see where I am in the queue no one wants to actually help! It is the feeling that they have got my money now.... JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!
We have just returned from an MSC cruise on the Virtuosa Dubai and the Middle East Partof the package was a pre stay in Dubai a plac3 we have never previously visited. In the main thecruise on MSC was ok just these large ships are too busy and crowded buffet is like a rugby scrum and tge sun decks rammed.Jude the salesperson pointed us in the direction of AL JAWHARA GARDENS hotel in Dubai for the pre cruise stay assuring us it was 4 star and in a good location someone had not done their homework.what a Dump! It was clean ( till you went up the back steps ) and that was all dingy dark outdated delapidated bathroom fittings loose fridge rusty breakfast awful location dire and off the beaten track but the worst was as we neared Ramadan the Mosque next door erected its temporary tented ritual slaughterhouse (common practise in Muslim communities ) as a non Muslim vegetarianI could not wait to get away before some poor creature was paraded ( usually blindfolded ) to have its throat slit in the front ent befor3 being bundled thru the rear tent to be butchered/ jointed . A culture step to far for us! Not a suitable hotel or location for majority of Europeans! Looked on booking.com on return - dead cheap recon Cruise first dumped us there . Advise is avoid the AL JAWHARA gardens hotel like the plague and do not take the cruise first sales reps patter at face value. Good holiday spoilt by cutting corners by cruise 1st I’ve stayed in better two star hotels

Update. No further response from Cruise 1st. Clearly no interest in customer satisfaction. Cruise 1st were very helpful at the time of booking. Unfortunately their after sales is pretty much non existent. They were very slow to respond to emails and when their failure to respond had a serious impact on my holiday they just stopped responding at all. Even requests for help regarding the cruise are going unanswered.I wanted to trust them but not sure I can for future cruises. Let's hope this post gets a response.
