No interest in Customer Satisfaction
Update. No further response from Cruise 1st. Clearly no interest in customer satisfaction. Cruise 1st were very helpful at the time of booking. Unfortunately their after sales is pretty much non existent. They were very slow to respond to emails and when their failure to respond had a serious impact on my holiday they just stopped responding at all. Even requests for help regarding the cruise are going unanswered.I wanted to trust them but not sure I can for future cruises. Let's hope this post gets a response.
