DONT MAKE ANY AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS!
I booked a cruise for the first time with this company & I needed to make an amendment to the booking....... there is a specific email address that you have to email as NO ONE ELSE can make any amendments to bookings and this team are not contactable by phone at all and only work 6 hours per day...... I sent the email off 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard or been contacted by anyone from the amendments team. I did receive an "bounce back email" to confirm they have received my email ..... However, when I have rung to try and get someone to go to the specific team to see where I am in the queue no one wants to actually help! It is the feeling that they have got my money now.... JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!
