UPDATED I agree with many of the reviews about Customer Service being fantastic to deal with when booking and would also add that Cruise1st organise some brilliant land tours/cruises. We have done 2 amazing trips, one to the Rockies and Alaska and most recently a Peru tour including Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca followed by a south America cruise. Both were incredibly easy to book and the Canadian trip went pretty much without a hitch, and other than budget hotels in isolated locations (not all), we had no complaints. We had some communication issues with the South American trip which Cruise1st were slow to sort out and led me to only give a 3 star rating. I have now updated to 4 stars because customer services finally came good and the issues were resolved. Both trips were fantastic, memorable and extremely good value and I will certainly consider using Cruise1st in the future.

Just booked a British Isles cruise and the helpfulness and knowledge of Farah Karim made the whole process so straightforward and enjoyable. Would highly recommend Cruise1st as have used them before and they are always on the side of the consumer. Once again big shout out to Farah!!
