You can do the whole booking together. Flights, cruise etc.
Mary Isaac the cruise specialist @ Cruise1st was brilliant, Mary accommodated all our wishes and made us feel supported, the experience of booking a cruise was made easy by Mary. Very professional.
Just booked with Cruise 1st on the MSC Precioza for the first week in December 2024. I picked up the phone and spoke with Mikey Kyriakou who made the booking so easy. Great advice on package, cabin, excursions and even car parking. Couldnt be easier.
The site is extremely good to enable you to find the cruise you are after with good filters. Once you get to the cruise you want to book, it starts to go downhill a little. Although there is information as to what is included, it leaves a lot of questions open (e.g. the one we booked didn't mention anything about wifi and how much it would cost or if it was included. There are pictures of the cabins, but it would have been nicer to allow them to expand so you can see them better. Now it's booked, I'm going to have to ask a lot more questions.
Michael Thomas is a credit to this organisation. If I could give him 10 stars, I certainly would. Michael guided us through booking a cruise with expertise. Its obvious he is very experienced as he was able to give advice on many things such as gratuities, places to visit, thing yo do onboard and excursions. He recommended the everglades on our last day to break it up.... Great shout.. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone booking a cruise. Massive thanks
Having read many of the very positive messages about Mary, and therefore Cruise1st, I can only agree that it has been a joy dealing with her. I am sure we will continue cruising and I will certainly use Mary and Cruise1st for bookings.
I have booked a few cruises with Cruise 1st,the only problem is they put you on their mailing list without asking, even though I have phoned them 4 times and told them I do not want their brochure sent to me in the post they are still doing it. I have explained to them that i am a blind person and cannot read it, I have to pay for someone to read my mail, I am not happy paying someone to read what I consider to be junk mail.
They are absolutely shocking. Make sure you have everything in writing and check early that they have given you the correct flight booking details and you are actually sitting together on the plane. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Quick and easy
I was informed by cruise 1st that our cruise was been cut short by 1 day 6 weeks ago, I was told we would get the day refunded and I have been in contact with cruise 1st customer services twice and been fobbed off, I then contacted MSC cruises and they told me it is cruise 1st that have to refund me and I contacted cruise 1st again and been fobbed off again. Please Please do not book with this company as you will be ripped off and absolutely crap customer service

I have just booked a special cruise and stay package with Mary at Cruise 1st. My wife and I have cruised many times since 2006 and I must say my experience booking with Mary was by far the best. Mary was so helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all my many questions and gave me so many choices of Cabin and Hotels I was so impressed. Also the cost of the whole package was within my budget and beat the competition. I was particularly impressed by the ease of contact with Mary, she has a direct email and reply's very quickly and sends all choices of cabins and hotels through. This saves on time and phone calls. I know that if I have any further questions even after booking, Mary will be there to help. Thanks to Cruise 1st and especially Mary.
