We just don't have enough cell signal…
We just don't have enough cell signal (even with a signal booster) to get this to work. It's not the company's fault, it's just our lack of cell signal. That being said, customer support and tech support is the BEST I've ever dealt with! I've emailed them several times asking if they can scan my area for a stronger signal, and they respond every time in just a minute or two. Can't ask for any better than that!
