Tyler answered all our questions about the service. We have been very happy with the internet service especially since we live in a rural area with very few choices.

We got to our new campsite and I plugged in our router like I normally do, it usually takes under 10 minutes so after I didn't have internet I unplugged and plugged back in and still didn't connect. I found the live chat feature on Connectens site and within 5 minutes I had a person. Not sure what the problem was with my router but they had me up and connected within a couple minutes. Great customer support when you need it.

From the very beginning Taylor has been great, up front and honest. Once I figured out best location for router and direction of the antennas, internet has been great. I get 30-40 mgs which is outstanding considering I live out in the country were I can’t get any other service. Customer service is very good as well! Thanks again Taylor!

ConnecTen Internet provided everything that they said that they would online and through review videos I found on YouTube. Being able to contact Tyler directly and getting all the information in a straightforward answers to questions was unbelievable. This is the only thing you need for Internet service if you are in a rural or remote location

Last winter I was looking of reliable wi-fi in our motorhome, as most people know campsite internet is advertised as ‘free’ but is usually patchy and slow, I looked at Starlink but that needs a clear sky to work, all the campgrounds we have stayed at are heavily wooded! plus I think it is too expensive for casual use, so that’s leaving us with cellular devices. The main selling point for ConnecTen is it’s multi carrier capability, (I have noticed it does change to the strongest signal available), when we are in a good reception area speeds are 35Mbps down and around 5Mbps up, that is more than enough for us. When not on the road we park the motorhome at our farm which is a heavily wooded place with the nearest phone towers over six miles away, even in a poor cellular reception area where even making a phone call can be difficult at times the ConnecTen unit surprised me with 1.5Mbps down and .5Mbps up, sometimes it’s better. Tyler (who I think is the company owner and a great guy to talk too) said a roof mounted antenna would make a difference, the unit is just sat in a cupboard at the front of the motorhome at the moment, I tried it at the farm, and it’s fast enough to watch YouTube without problems, it isn’t our main internet on the farm, but it is good to know it can work in an area with a poor signal. I have called customer support a couple of times, they answered quickly and sorted the issue out quickly too, so far, I am very pleased with the service from ConnecTen.

Could not believe how well this transaction has went. Called Tyler and he answered every question so even I could understand. Product shipped out, and I received right on time. Started installing, ran into a glitch (because I forgot what he had told me), so I chatted with their helpline. Had everything running in 45 seconds. Who even does THAT nowadays? Works like a charm. If you are looking for RV internet, really, this is the place to go.

Using ConnecTen for use in our fifth wheel RV as our main TV streaming source. Campground WiFi can be sketchy to say the least. With instant customer support from ConnecTen, any concerns are taken care of with a quick phone call.

Customer service is stella

After many years of paying $70 a month for speeds up to 10mb in rural Texas, this company has solved my families juggling of sharing internet time and use. As the biggest plus any time I've had an issue or an outage, their response and repair time has always been in the 15 minutes or less and that is fantastic. My other provider took more than that on hold just waiting on automated response trying to get to the right dept, let alone the hours and hours of waiting on potential repair.

So connects everywhere we have traveled. Even in the Mountains of PA where cell signal is week. However,WIFI range is not that great so had to use a WIFI extender. The 8 antennas are flakey and will not stand up on they own. Had to tape them to stay up. 2 of the 8 antennas were apart in the box. Had to put the wire back in on both. Other that that issue, love the service.

Works great and has easy setup. Great for RVs.

ConnecTen Internet is the best way to get internet when you are on the road in an RV. We love the ease of use, the outstanding customer service and the connectivity we have with ConnecTen. We have not had a time that we couldn’t be connected yet. We love this service.

We love our ConnecTen Internet service. Three months ago, we sold our house and now live full time in our RV. We did alot of research before deciding on an internet service. We are so glad we decided on ConnecTen. We move around alot and many times we arrive in an area where the service is slow or close to non-existent. A quick call to customer service or going on the live chat and within minutes, they have us up and running. The process is extremely easy and hassle free. we had no bars. i had to purchase internet from the camp ground i was at just to use my phone. i then calld ConnecTen and they had we up and running with super fast internet right away. i love ConnecTen. no matter where we are in our travels they always deliver a great signal! Thank You !
