Viewed a property last Saturday with Natasha … she was very welcoming, smart & professional . The property was beautiful but just not in the right place - a real shame - I wish Natasha good luck at Castles she is a real asset .

Natasha showed us around the Queen Elizabeth Drive property. She was very friendly and smiley from the start. Had a minor difficulty getting into the building but nothing too bad and she apologised. She offered us either the stairs or lift which was a great way to mention the property had both options. Inside, we were confidently led through the rooms and storage spaces of the property and Natasha was great at giving us time and space to explore a bit more ourselves. There were a few questions (some rather odd albeit) that she was unable to answer at the present time but noted them down and seems positive in her ability to find the answers for us. She presented herself well and was very easy to talk to, being relatable yet professional. It was my first viewing and I feel it was a very good one.

We had a viewing for one of the property with Castles. The property wasn't up to the expectation, but our agent Natsha, she was such a darling. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, super sweet and very informative. Originally my wife and I, we wanted to buy a house here in Guildford, however, due to our budget we started looking for flats. When I mentioned this to Natasha she opened our eyes by recommending us nearby towns where it is convenient for both my wife and I for daily commute. Despite not liking the flats we organised for viewing, I am glad that I had Natasha for the viewings. Thank you Natasha!!
