I had very little complaint the driver a nice man very informative. The only complaint I had was your company policy of dropping passengers in the torrential rain with nothing to do but go to a pub to stay dry. I don't see the point. It would be better to ask the passengers if they would prefer to return to the hotel.

Very good booking by phone. Staff very nice and helpful as always. Looking forward go another great weekend away thankyou.

We Did not care for the hotel the food was very poor also the loung is very small no entertainment the village was small

we booked a 2 day holiday on 7th July, it was cancelled on 11th July, with no explanation.

The coaches are clean, comfortable and bright making the journey enjoyable. Our driver George was very pleasant and kept us informed about our journey. Definitely do it again.

I had to phone as it was a late booking and i wanted a single room. Yiour member was very helpful and phoned the hotel to make sure a room was available.10/7/25

Had the most horrendous 8 hour journey I have EVER experienced on a bus. The journey from Glasgow to Scarborough took 8 hours with broken air-conditioning the whole journey- same conditions on the return journey back. The temperature inside the bus was 25° and jumped up to 27° at one point.How any to tour company can advertise as having fully air-conditioned coaches and for these not to be working in the height of the summer months is an absolute disgrace. Due to the hot weather that we had been having I had even contacted the customer service team a week prior to our journey to make sure that the coach would definitely be air-conditioned .The answer I got was well it should have - I said what do you mean it should have - either it will-or it wont -he replied well it should have unless it’s broken!!! Said it all really. My worst nitemare was lived. It was absolute torture. Felt ill , splitting headache due to temperature inside. You just couldn’t escape the ordeal inside… and yes it was that bad. Never ever would I recommend anyone to use these coaches during the summer months. The fact that the coach had clearly not been checked prior to departure to make sure the air conditioning unit was in fact working beggars belief that it was deemed safe and fit for travel by Caledonian Travel. Poor poor show on their part

My daughter and I enjoyed a Caledonian Day Trip to the Wentworth House Flower Show on Thursday 17th July, picking up the coach at Leeds. Although there were a few minor problems, being the first time this venue had been used for this kind of event, we enjoyed ourselves enormously. Our driver Paul was prompt, courteous, cheerful and professional, the coach was comfortable and cool on a warm day and we had plenty of time to enjoy the event in full. The price had also been reduced so this was definitely a late availability bargain!

We had a great time in Weston-super-Mare. The Midland Hotel was great. Although it looks dated it is clean and tidy, the staff and the food where brilliant. The coach driver on the other hand was not. Coach no toilet full, not emptied the night before. No Aircon or blowers even though we all asked on more then one occasion. Outside temperature 24 degrees. Driver Howard said it was broken?. Just roasting in a tin and glass box. 17 Mile to destination the aircon came on?. If this is the standard the Caledonian Travel has come to I will be letting everyone I know.

Just back from 3 days in Liverpool Adelphi with Caledonian for our friends birthday I can only describe this break as fantastic from start to finish comfy coach excellent driver Carl who went the extra mile for everyone. We had heard mixed reports about the Hotel but could not fault it rooms were clean upgraded bathrooms were gorgeous towels and bedding spotless, staff were really helpful, nothing any trouble, food was lovely and value for money all round. The tour was outstanding all in all a brilliant time we all loved Liverpool
