After receiving communication from Megan Kay I was very dissatisfied with the outcome from Caledonian ref number T615183/5212N we did expect maybe some form of compensation as we are regular clients with Caledonian and this trip was not what was advitised I don’t wish to document the full particulars as I hve sent a long complaint to head office

Although still a good company all the hotels i have stayed in are desperately in need of tlc and refurbishment. In the main though good value.

The driver was excellent and the bus journey but the set up / organisation of the steam Engine afternoon tea part was very poor. Too much hanging around and service poor

No problem booking and when phoned to give details very polite and efficient. Book regularly with them and generally very happy with experience and holidays they offer
