I disliked that I have booked three holidays, paid fully for two and had my seat changed for the August holiday. Surely booking well in advance, which I have to do for a single room, ensures me the seat that I have paid for.

I only travel with Caledonian. I am a solo traveller. I have had maybe 10 holidays to Llandudno. I love it there. The drivers have all been excellent and friendly. I am booked for two more holidays and I intend to book more. Thank you all at Caledonian. Xx
