great weekend away trying to solve a murder mystery aboard a steam train. The Holiday Inn express was lovely with nice food. Oswaldtwistle mill the next morning was entertaining, all in all a great weekend escape. Thank you

Booking is so easy coaches are comfortable won’t book any where else

My partner recently had radiotherapy for breast cancer. She woke up on the Wednesday before the break, in extreme pain and could not get comfortable or able to travel. I rang and tried to rebook for the next available date and was told it was too late. This is very poor customer service due to circumstances

Great break in Liverpool, a fantastic city with great people. The Adelphi hotel is beautiful inside, you can feel the atmosphere of times gone by era. I hope Britannia keeps the hotel maintained in the public areas as this is what this hotel is all about. The bedroom was large but extremely hot and the bathroom had heating on which made it like a sauna, so Adelphi turn the heating off as it is summer time and save energy and money! You are right in the heart of Liverpool with this hotel bars, restaurants and shops galore on the doorstep, A 10/15 minute walk takes you to the Dock area which is busy but beautiful, with Beatles story, ferry, river boat, music museum and you can jump on hop on hop off buses or Magical mystery tour etc.

Caladonian travel are a very good company and look up to there reputation the staff are very helpful my friend and I travel with them quite often. We are travelling again on the 20.8 2025.

Seems very unreasonable that I am not allowed to transfer from one tour to another due to clash of personal dates. Especially when the new break was significantly more expensive
