Very helpful lady on phone got booked in minutes

We enjoyed this trip the driver got us there and back as quickly as he could we had 2 hours to look around Bowness before getting back on the coach and taken to the steam 🚂 train which was a lovely journey and then we picked the others up.

Loved all the places we visited on our Cotswolds trip with Caledonian! Our driver Ken was excellent, perfect itinerary, the weather possibly too hot, hotel was fine and food good.

Very comfortable coach apart from the heat but it is summer, great driver, kept well informed on the way there and back, very pleasant trip, love a day trip, will def be booking again, amazing customer service from Kirsty aswel when I rang up to add another seat

Really good this time keeping it a mystery, all my guesses were wrong lol, nice hotel Milford Hotel nr Leeds nice food, lovely big room:) Harrogate, Skipton and York, just the weather was terrible and we were all soaked but great mystery tour! Thanks

The bus travel was great, bus the hotel (Scarisbrick) wasn't. The bedroom was noisy because of an adjacent disco. The food was mediocre with a poor selection of sweets. Ie sponge cake and cream. We asked for coffee in the bar on the second night but the bartender couldn't be bothered

Great deals...and not silly prices for solo travellers.

For a start the bus driver made the long journey bearable. He was just so helpful and pleasant. I had a great signal room with a great view. Everybody in the hotels are always professional and nice. The breakfast is delicious. It is just brilliant for the price

Day trips to whitby was excellent . Only downside was the driver and her husband allowed a group of women on the coach to drink alcohol . He even said to them if your drinking alcohol can you keep the noise down ! They started drinking as soon as they got on the coach at 7.30am in newcastle . The toilet was disgusting too.

The coach ride was quicker only stop once the only thing was the coach was half hour late at Leeds last pick up The driver never check where people was sitting someone was in are seats.

back from the 'Pendle Witches and the Beautiful Lakes', we stopped at Gretna for an hour then Keswick for an hour, then only got 1 hour 30 minutes in Bowness on Windemere, had just enough time to go on the shorter cruise and nothing else. Got to the hotel, rooms were basic but clean, dinner was a set menu and was disgusting, myself and my daughters only ate bread rolls, there were no shops in the surrounding area. Had a rubbish sleep as the bed was very uncomfortable. The second day was the Pendle Witches 'tour' this consisted of a guide coming on the bus and talking for 1 hour 30 minutes about Burnley and the area with about 20 minutes being about the witches while being driven around. We weren't taken to the heritage centre or allowed off the bus to explore, we were extremely disappointed as this was to be the highlight of the trip. We were then taken to Oswaldtwistle Mills for 2 hours 30 minutes. The whole day was extremely boring, the only saving grace was that the other passengers were lovely and friendly, also can't fault the driver, he was great and only going were he was told.
