Excellent service and friendly staff

Incredibly impressed with the total service. The automatic notifications, the delivery time details and the delivery. The two guys were polite, very pleasant and helpful. I deal with a lot of Couriers, but BJS comes tops of all of them.

I am very pleased with the delivery, I was informed upon the delivery timeslot and continuous communication was prominent. They protected the product, and transported it within my home safely and carefully. They were quick and polite overall.

I had ordered furniture from Dusk which took quite some time to be available. On the day of delivery the guys refused to deliver to my daughter’s 3rd floor flat saying the items were too heavy! I had already explained she was on her own with a small child. The goods were returned as the delivery men refused to take them upstairs -even to the 1st floor! They cited “Health & Safety” as an excuse not to deliver!! After much complaining a second date was arranged. The two delivery men - Amrik Singh and Mohit Salaria could not have been more helpful! Although the items were heavy - they did indeed deliver to the 3rd floor! I am very grateful to them for their efforts and great service! They are a credit to the company unlike the previous delivery men!! If weight is an issue for the delivery men then DUSK needs to look at how they package their heavy goods! Splitting heavy items across more boxes may be the way forward otherwise there will be ongoing issues with delivery!! Thanks again Amrik and Mohit!!

Missing items and no support Delivery was supposed to be four garden chairs and matching table (not cheap products either). However, the table was missing. The delivery team (to their credit) were very apologetic and called BJS customer services immediately and connected my partner to them but the response was "oh well, we'll send you another". No option to get the chairs returned on the van that was sat outside, no option for a refund. BJS then sent me an email stating the FULL delivery had been made and asked me to rate their service (suspect this was automated, but it's still bad) and I'm now raising a fraud case with my bank and pushing for a chargeback. Do not buy from any retailer that use BJS, utterly clueless and awful to deal with.
