Missing items and no support

Missing items and no support Delivery was supposed to be four garden chairs and matching table (not cheap products either). However, the table was missing. The delivery team (to their credit) were very apologetic and called BJS customer services immediately and connected my partner to them but the response was "oh well, we'll send you another". No option to get the chairs returned on the van that was sat outside, no option for a refund. BJS then sent me an email stating the FULL delivery had been made and asked me to rate their service (suspect this was automated, but it's still bad) and I'm now raising a fraud case with my bank and pushing for a chargeback. Do not buy from any retailer that use BJS, utterly clueless and awful to deal with.
