The delivery guys refused to bring up old fridge/ freezer from downstairs and take new one down. This was a paid for service and also cost us a lot of wasted time to sort out

I paid for a 2 man delivery and for my chair to be installed in my living room . The 2 men could not get the box through the door and refused to unpack it and bring it in . They said either they would leave it there or take it away . I am unable to unpack and carry on my own!! They offered no assistance whatsoever. I did not get the service I paid for !! Appalling .. Will never use again or recommend
The team was on time, very courteous. They delivered the mattress to our room of choice but just left on the floor, in its box. My husband and I are our 70’s and I have just had spinal surgery. My husband asked them if they could help him unbox it and help him to get it onto the bed frame. They said they don’t perform that service and left. My husband had a BIG struggle to get the mattress onto the bed. Very disappointed with the lack of concern.

The furniture we received was just what we wanted. Very happy. One of the couriers could do with some customer sercice training which let the seller down. However, I received a prompt telephone call from the seller and am confident they will ensure his skills improve going forward.
It’s a really poor quality bed, the laminate cover on the chipboard base wood has a poor finish all over. On the 3 sides of each piece which are on show the join is not good at all. The colour is supposed to be white but it’s like an off white almost very thin looking and overall gives a very cheap look. The bed cost £419.99 which I wouldn’t say is cheap at all. Overall not good value for money at all and disappointing first big bed for our daughter, would not recommend to buy as it doesn’t look good in person.
Delivery arrived on time and the drivers kept me informed when they were nearby so I had notice of when they would arrive. A pleasant delivery man.

BJS delivered my Dusk.com order on 02.07.25. They called me to notify me of the delivery, scheduled between 0700hrs and 1000hrs, and messaged as they couldn't get hold of me. I appreciate that. They gave me an estimated time and were very close to that in the end as they had a long drive. The guys were friendly, delivered boxes to their designated place and were respectful.
