Worst delivery company I have used or had anything delivered… Wouldn’t even put in box in bed room or living room just dropped and went and I asked for help and they say no we not allowed, I never heard it before and I am disgusted the boxes was heavy and he made sure to tell me this really bad attitude

I work Monday to Friday so have asked for an evening or weekend delivery, but you keep turning up.during the day, will not leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. You do not take any notice of what is asked, just keep turning up when it suits you. Still have not got my TV. Even though you have put a completed notice on the order.

They arrived when they said they were they put it where I wanted it and even impact it for me what more could you want? Too very nice people

Delivered carefully and efficiently. Ahead of scheduled time but rang to confirm arrival. Delivery guys were very polite and friendly and delivered to our room of choice on the 1st floor. We have had various deliveries from BJS and all have been excellent.

Delivered on time and confirmation contact by phone as arranged. All delivered to our front door and into the hall.

Communication all very good up until the point where items weren't delivered yet online state a failed delivery attempt, I was in the whole day this is simply a lie. Abysmal service.

This was a 2 man delivery and I can’t fault the guys for their care, power and professionalism. They were also really polite. This was a very heavy treadmill they delivered. Thank you so much.

Our delivery was on time and as scheduled. Communication was good. We very much appreciate the effort the whole team made to deliver our bed successfully to a remote Cornish village with awkward access. Thank you Team 126. You were polite & professional.

I received a phone call 1 hour prior to attempted delivery that they would attempt delivery between 1500 and 1530. I Informed them that no one would be in during this time due to the school run. I was told they would leave in a safe place and I provided the delivey man directions as to where to leave it. Delivery was attempted at 1458, and marked as failed. When I rang the company they stated now that they cannot leave in a safe place. They also will not let me arrange redelivery, as for some reason they require 'approval' for this from the seller. The staff have been remarkably unhelpful and I am now left unsure as to the location of my property or when it will be redelivered.

Rude delivery staff they made the whole experience horrible. As a single female I did not feel safe at all. They have zero customer service skills and I am very disappointed with the experience

I had a great experience with BJS delivery. Mohit and Amrik were polite and friendly, calling me to confirm they were nearby, and carefully unloaded my furniture into the garage. The tracking information provided in advance was also very useful.

Good service

Just unpacked delivery and one of the brushed cabinet handles is completely bent and the other scratched. The bottom drawer of cabinet looks like it has been dropped, as not fitting flush and has a few chinks on the left hand side. Please replace asap as I am waiting to book plumber to fit this. I will amend my poor review, as long as these issues are dealt with promptly. Thanking you in advance. Kind regards.
