I didn't like the driver's attitude. They phoned me with an hour's delivery slot, but they were over two hours later. Didn't want to deliver to the back of my house, which was in fact much easier the front. Not happy chappies!
Chaps who delivered the 5 items were very good and got all our items up to our bedroom with no fuss whatsoever. Could not have asked for better service

Item was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed of delivery dates and times and item was delivered within 5 mins of estimated time of delivery by friendly and helpful driver. Completely happy with the item a garden dining table. Clear assembly instructions and all numbered including the screws and bolts. Took us about 30 mins to assemble.
High quality service from start to finish
They phoned to say they would be 35 minutes and after over an hour after still had not arrived. I decided to call the number the rung me to ask if they were okay and if they were lost. The guy that answered was rude and said I shouldn't be ringing them... well, it's not exactly ideal for me either. When they arrived they ignored me completely and although it was an item that needed two people to carry it only one did and he proceeded to just drag it across the floor into place. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered 4 days ago from a well known DIY store online, got a reply from BJS within the hour stating my items would be delivered within 2-4 days. I had an email/message last evening saying they will be delivered the next day between 8am & 11am. True to their word the items were delivered on time, with care by friendly drivers. Thank you for a prompt & reliable service.

I am very impressed with this company the beige loveseat I ordered is of very good quality, with clear instructions of how to put it together( put the legs on). Keeping me up to date from ordering to delivery was excellent. Highly recommend this company.
When they ring before delivery the driver doesn’t say where he’s calling from, just hi how are you.. this leads me to think it’s a spam cold call. My advice is when you call the customer please say “hello, this is (name) from bjs home delivery” nearly missed my delivery

BJS were really good to deal with. I was kept up to date by email and phone and it was easy to supply additional delivery instructions, which were acknowledged. The guys rang to give as an ETA as promised and delivered to the desired room. Really happy with the service.
