Kept informed by BJS at every stage of the delivery, Driver informed us when he was getting within 1/2 hour of our location.

I gave them a slight change of delivery instruction the night before which I thought was a bit too late. They followed the new instruction completely and delivered on time. Most companies would have said the instruction was too late. The delivery guys were polite, friendly and were thoughtful about our property. Thank you.

customer is a complete joke even sfter receiving numeremails from the retailer and stating £30 charge still would not deliver on Saturday the retailer emailed them numerous times sll they say is we only deawith the retailer NOT the customer ABSOLUTE JOKE But delivery guys First class broto my work instead just s shame customer service are not ss good ss your delivery guys

Bed didn't arrive. No call from delivery driver. Then got an email saying delivery was attempted which is a lie because we have security cameras. My wife is 3 months pregnant and we have no bed after throwing the old one out when given our confirmed delivery time slot. Do NOT use this company.

Today I had my furniture order delivered by two men from your firm to my address. Whilst in my home, one of the delivery men took a phone call on speaker and then proceeded to swear to whom they were on the phone to, shouting “WHAT THE F*** BRO”. Not only did he do that, but he then snatched the phone away out of my hands after I signed it and then whilst he was walking out of my house, he continued to shouted at his colleague about something who was parked across the road. My parcel has multiple dents and breakages in the packaging and is apparent it has not been handed with care at all. The men had begun to slide my furniture delivery on its corner when putting it through the doorway of my living room and not lifting it. I’m actually shocked by their behaviour and the clear lack of care in their service and not only that, but the package itself. Really appalled and have email to raise this, considering I pay for delivery and the level on uncomfort I felt in my own home.

The delivery men rang about 30 minutes before they arrived, it was well within the 3 hour time I was given the day before. They were polite and very quick , taking the bed upstairs with no fuss 🙂
