Bite Squad Reviews

My order was sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour. No one (as usual) was responding to the customer support feature on the app, so I had to dig around online to find their restaurant hotline which I was on hold on for over ten minutes. The person there blamed it on a tech glitch (even though waiting for an obscene amount of time after the delivery due time and not getting any response from the app customer support is completely routine), and told me that I would have to call back (wasting more of my time) when I got the once-hot food and drink delivered which is surely ice cold by now. UNACCEPTABLE, and she wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. This is no tech glitch. They habitually have late or wrong orders and then give customers no easy recourse to get the issue(s) fixed. I will not be using them ever again, and I'm calling out the people on the restaurant line for taking no responsibility for or apologizing for the lack of "customer support" on the app.

Food was exactly on time, driver friendly, food was hot and all items were there! Great

Once again my order was incomplete. Seems every time I order something is either missing or substituted because they were out. Offering a credit only ensures I order again and gives them an interest free loan.

Driver/delivery person was very efficient, polite and friendly

Food was delivered hot and within the time frame I asked for. Easy service to order from.

Fastest delivery ever! Driver was great!

Great service even though it was a confusing address we were at. Great job!

Had the best driver I have had from ANY food delivery service tonight! Food was on-time and hot.

Our food was on time and hot. Everything was perfect.

My driver was Lisa ! Fantastic job! Food was hot AND early!!!!

My food was very good. It was hot and fresh and Celeste, my delivery driver, was prompt and courteous.

No more Bite Squad. Food takes hours and arrives cold. They have no drivers. Don't offer a service if you can't actually provide it.

Bite Squad used to be ok, but my past couple of orders have all been very late (30 min to 1 hr) and the food arrives cold and gross. By the time you realize your food is going to be super late, they don’t let you cancel and/or refund. The most any of the multiple customer service agents I’ve had to go through every time was offer a $5 credit. Not good enough. GrubHub is WAY better.

They were fast and very sweet drivers.

Delivery driver was on time very courteous and food was HOT! Perfect

Bite Squad was great. Because it was so late, I thought they might have trouble but they did not mention to me if they did. the hand off was perfect. This was from Jersey Mikes and they made my sandwich i loved it. I have never had their cold Roast beef it was very good. I will use Bite Squad again

Love it! We were quarantined in Hawaii and using bitesquad to get food was easy peasy. So many choices of restaurants who deliver in Honolulu. They taste good and was fast. So after about 7 hours flight despite all the hassle, bite squad food delivery’s awesome! Fast delivery and excellent communication.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They accept no responsibility when their driver's screw up. (Get lost, are late to pick up food, food is wrong or cold when delivered, etc.) The most they will do is give you a $5 credit which does nothing.

Great service , food was great & right on time , this is my favorite app to order meals

The driver was very nice and awesome. The food was hot and delicious.
