While I have had issues with bite squad and other restaurants but this combo always seems to work well for us. Tonight the food was hot, the order was correct and it was delivered earlier than the estimated time given on the original order.
Every single time I have ever used Bite squad something was missing or wrong. This last time it notified me that my driver has picked up my order and on the way. I kept eye on the tracker to make sure I was able to get my food as soon as delivered. I witnessed the driver pick up my $71 order from a local Japanese restaurant, then drive to Chick-fil-A and sit in the Chick-fil-A parking lot for over an hour before heading to my house. When you pay UP FRONT the choice in addition to your payment says.... ( change and/ or tip) when I ordered I put $10 in that option. When my driver FINALLY ARRIVED she was in a car with 4 people, my food was on some guys lap in the back seat and after he tied the top of the bag she grabbed it and got out. As she tried to hand me this EXTREMELY LATE ORDER I told her that I would like my tip back for $10 she said no, I said the option says change or tip and obviously my $71 Japanese order sitting somewhere for over an hour would be cold and I no longer wish to leave a $10 tip.... She said F you BIT*H and threw my food on the ground. Her little homies in the back seat threatened me. Ofcourse I was unable to eat anything from my $71 order. I emailed, called and live chat Bite Squad my money was NEVER RETURNED, my food was NEVER REPLACED , and ofcourse the POS driver NEVER FACED ANY consequences. HER NAME WAS ANNA-MARIE. I have dealt with a lot from Bite squad, but I refuse to let them continue to steel my money and abuse me in this way. Someone will eventually end up pressing charges....NO DOUBT!!!! Worst company EVER!!!!!!!! GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY THIEVES THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!!!
Their food is very good, but the last 3 orders were wrong! This was their last time, but my food arrived hot, CORRECT, and delicious. Thank you MC and to Bite Squad for their excellent customer service ,
Easy ordering and fast delivery. Perfect combination.

This guy obviously loves his job and is great at it. Got to Appreciate his dedication and effort!
Great! And Fast!
Driver was awesome !! On time and so friendly !!!!
My food is always delivered early or on time--and most importantly, still hot! The drivers are top notch and professional.
Fast delivery
What a horrible platform to work for. Super unorganized and when orders exceed wait time they do not credit you whatsoever. So in total you can waste an hour of your time attempting to make money off this platform just for them to screw you. Will not use again.
My driver James was great and punctual. The food was hot and delicious.
Tiffany was super sweet and punctual
Wonderful! I order frequently and from a variety of restaurants. Vero Beach, Florida is a friendly little town and this company reflects it well. Friendly, respectful drivers give contact-free delivery - Setting orders where I request. Orders are correct, delivered hot, and I like the restaurant choices for delicious meals. They have many excellent indie local places and chains too. ❤️
Love Bite Squad! I have never had any issues with them, trust them fully with my order and I appreciate how they communicate with me. Their service is amazing and my driver today, India, was absolutely incredible!!!!
This was not our first time using Bite Squad and it won’t be the last! Delivery was very fast which meant our food was hot and our driver was friendly and professional as always! Great job from a great service provider!

London delivered our food and DANG was he QUICK. Our food was still hot, no reheating required. Thank you London in Venice, FL! Ale House was amazing, it was our first time ordering from them. I have Celiac so I was a little nervous but so far all good!
Robert was excellent! He shared that I was his very first order! This was the best Bite Squad experience I have ever had! My food was hot and delivered within the estimated time frame noted upon placing my order. I hope I get him again the next time I order at home.

Bite Squad receives a mix of reviews, with many customers praising the quality of food and the friendliness of drivers. Reviewers frequently highlight that their meals arrive hot and on time, contributing to a positive delivery experience. However, significant complaints arise regarding order fulfillment and customer service. Many consumers report issues with uncommunicative service, unexpected charges, and orders that are either late or never delivered. Instances of being charged for meals that were not received are particularly alarming, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction. While some customers have had great experiences, the recurring negative themes around service reliability and billing practices overshadow the positives. Overall, the sentiment leans towards caution, as many recommend exploring alternative delivery services.
