Very helpful customer support and very good product. I had a little problem but I contacted Bibo and within 24 hours, they'd already responded and arranged an engineer to come and fix the problem. Would highly recommend

Why don't Bibo have social media?

Because if they did, everyone would have a Bibo We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy. Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something. These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!! It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)

I absolutely love this Bibo machine!

I absolutely love this machine! It’s fantastic. The hot water is perfectly for hot drinks. I don’t even miss my kettle anymore! It looks perfect in my kitchen. From the easy purchase to the expert installation by the engineer, everything went smoothly. Customer service was brilliant. The engineer was incredibly skilled and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this! 👌🏽

Problem with reduced water flow

I reported a problem with the water flow on my 3-year-old BIBO. Some suggestions were given of possible cures. I was offered the visit of an engineer if the suggestions did not solve the problem. I took up the offer of the engineer visit, at a reasonable cost. The engineer was very efficient and knowledgable, curing the problem. Excellent service.

I cannot find a BIBO engineer to help

I cannot find a BIBO engineer to help me fix my BIBO. I have purchased multiple parts and have them at the ready. I just need an engineer that knows the BIBO. I have tried various ways to find someone in Ireland to assist me, to no avail. Love the product but not the service

I wouldn't recommend this product, ever. ( unless they paid me)

2nd sep 2024 Well we have given up on Bibo, we pay yearly for filters and they don't have any and haven't had for a while Bibo took our money on a standing order for the yearly filters and cleaning bits. It also hasn't dispensed cold water after the first year, or maybe before. ( its been so long I can't remember ) the unit has been a pain since we bought it, one of the leaks caused damage to our work top. what can I say, I can say this, we are buying a kettle and under the sink water filters., THE END x I have had the Bibo eight months and had a few problems with it, but it then seemed to have sorted itself out. We had water running out the dispenser a month before we needed to change the filters and leaks from underneath the unit on and off for a couple of months but then it got ridiculous. We contacted Bibo, after a week an engineer said he has fixed it only for it to leak before he drove to end of the road. contacted them again, they said we will let the engineering department know. They then contacted us for a date, I said any day this week and we are still waiting. All in all the Bibo cost us £603 including extended warranty and fitting it. The filters & UV light cost £104.70. every six months the filters need a change and yearly for the UV. WE have no hot water for tea & coffee and have to boil it in a pot. Annoying as …. on a positive note it's a nice colour and we are going to the Cinema Thursday to see the Kingsman.

Very pleased with my BIBO & excellent…

Very pleased with my BIBO & excellent service. The chiller recently stopped working, so I contacted Customer Services, they immediately identified the issue & sent out a replacement machine. The replacement arrived within 3 days and the engineer came the following day to install it. I found the engineer to be very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service.

I would avoid. Waste of money.

After receiving good customer service in the first instance, we became truly disappointed in the whole experience of Bibo. First of all, don’t believe their advisories of how often to clean and replace equipment - it will be a lot more often. This machine is very expensive overall, not what is advertised. After going back and forth about a leak, Bibo basically advised we need to take the machine apart is see what the issue is. When we looked at the instructions and refused, Bibo then advised an engineer would be sent out. Clearly tried to avoid fixing a faulty machine. This back and forth went on for weeks as the machine sat their unused. The engineer was very uncomfortable and awkward. We were not comfortable with the engineer in our personal space. He then left site with no notice and not informing us of what the issue is/was. I had to chase the company to ask if he was coming back or not. 2 months later we received an invoice for £132 for ‘severe blockage’ & replacement of the hot water tank. The machine had been used rarely over a 2 month period. Bibo advised it was because it hadn’t be cleaned/replaced.. their website advises every 6 months. Bibo do not listen and will quote random parts of the warranty that has that no relevance to the issue. We went back and forth, I felt like I was arguing with a third party company. Only now- roughly 6 months on from purchase - notification has shown on the machine to change filters/clean… but Bibo prefer to mislead so they can charge for issues when machines block. Ombudsman will take on similar issues but it’ll be 8-10 week back and forth investigation. If you have the energy to argue then we advise this route. Otherwise avoid Bibo all together. We continue to have issues with our Bibo machine and will sell on for parts as it’s clearly cheaply made or faulty.

Great customer service

All of my contact with the team at BIBO has been friendly and efficient. The fizz machine is fine, does exactly what I expected. The replacement CO2 process seemed a little opaque at the outset, but is straightforward in practice.

BIBO FIZZ is a winner

We’ve had BIBO Fizz for a couple of weeks now and super pleased with it. My daughter and I love fizzy water but had stopped buying it because of all the plastic bottles. Now we’re back to drinking loads. It’s really easy to operate (once we’d realised you have to press the button on the top quite hard to release the gas!!!) and the fizz is great. I make a couple of bottles up in the morning whilst making coffee and pop them in the fridge to drink throughout the day. Haven’t tried making fizzy wine yet but super intrigued to know how that works out!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could leave no stars I would, worst customer service I've ever experienced. We had problems with the machine from day one. Every time we changed the filter it leaked, the first time we were caught by surprise and it ruined my wooden worktops. Bibo couldn't care less, every time we had a problem or complained they tried getting more money out of us. Avoid like the plague, do yourself a favour and go with virgin, I wish we had, we are now and they're great.

Bibo Best machine try it you will not regret it

Always had first-class service from Bibo Love the machine replaces 4 items on my worktop Hot water on demand fantastic idea, cold water on demand what more do you need Not sure the negative reviews about prices if you bought bottled water each day it would cost you probly 6 times the price but I would buy again fantastic aftersales service well done BIBO

Great service

Great service. Had a small issue. Rectified quickly and efficiently. I’m an interior designer and think the machine itself is stylish enough to be on show (I got the pure white) Couldn’t live without it with cold water and boiling hot filtered on tap. It encourages my son to drink more water. I’d 100% recommend over Virgin Pure where the service I received was terrible
