Very helpful customer support and very good product. I had a little problem but I contacted Bibo and within 24 hours, they'd already responded and arranged an engineer to come and fix the problem. Would highly recommend

Why don't Bibo have social media?

Because if they did, everyone would have a Bibo We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy. Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something. These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!! It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)

I absolutely love this Bibo machine!

I absolutely love this machine! It’s fantastic. The hot water is perfectly for hot drinks. I don’t even miss my kettle anymore! It looks perfect in my kitchen. From the easy purchase to the expert installation by the engineer, everything went smoothly. Customer service was brilliant. The engineer was incredibly skilled and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this! πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

Problem with reduced water flow

I reported a problem with the water flow on my 3-year-old BIBO. Some suggestions were given of possible cures. I was offered the visit of an engineer if the suggestions did not solve the problem. I took up the offer of the engineer visit, at a reasonable cost. The engineer was very efficient and knowledgable, curing the problem. Excellent service.

Had a problem with my Bibo

Had a problem with my Bibo, which required an engineer to come out and repair the fault, however it turned out that an engineer had to come out twice to solve the problem. It’s not nice having something go wrong, but the adviser I spoke to was very pleasant - helpful and organised the repairs. Both engineers were also very pleasant polite and sorted the problems for me. On the whole a pleasant experience - so thank you very much for your help.

First purchased my BIBO in 2011 as one…

First purchased my BIBO in 2011 as one of their first customers. We have had two BIBO's at home in that time and we have had very little issues with either of them. They work brilliantly and my family love using them especially my wife and daughter who love to use the instant filtered hot water when they are cooking. The staff are very accommodating and when we did have an engineer to replace a minor part he was very professional and explained everything simply. I also have a BIBO in the office as it saves the staff waiting for a kettle to boil when they are making drinks. I have looked at other similar offerings but as interesting as they are they are not as simple to install or as safe to use as our BIBO. I will be sticking with BIBO as long as they offer the quality of products which we currently use.

Excellent machines

Excellent machines - my last Bibo lasted 8+ years with no problems whatsoever until the chiller feature finally gave up during the Summer heatwave! New Bibo now installed. Have decided to go down the rental route this time, which seems a reasonable deal considering all the replacement filters and UV lights are included in the price.

Excellent install and no messing around

We originally went to install a Virgin Pure system into our store we had nothing but issues finding the machine faulty after waiting 2 months, we decided to cancel and try bibo. The customer service here is much better and the staff take ownership such refreshing after our other experience if you want a water machine that filters hot or cold this is the one to go for

No Complaints Best Machine

I have had my bibo approximately 5 months now and its great. Absolutely no issues with the machine or Bibo customer services. Having hot and cold water at the touch of a button is so much better than waiting for a kettle. The cold water was amazing in the hot weather. Just not the same from the tao

Poor quality service and poor service standard

Terrible machine They obviously make them as cheap as possible. I have had mine for 3 years and have had 3 leaks in that time. The latest leak is on a machine that is 2 months old and was sent because my old machine was no longer cooling water. They also failed to collect the machine on the day they originally scheduled. They advertise a priority repair service but this couldn't be further from the truth. Considering they will charge you Β£78 for missing an appointment you have to be home when they say they will turn up. You don't get to choose the date and this has been confirmed to me by Kayleigh. I put my 60 days notice in, and they now won't repair my machine despite me not being able to use it, they still expect me to pay each month. Theives.

Very good but negated by maintenance costs and faff

EDIT - I'm upgrading my review because the second repair I mentioned in my earlier review has resulted in a 'as good as new' machine being returned to us. I'm really pleased with it. The repair cost us Β£25. We’ve had our BIBO for about 4 years. Is it worth it? Yes and no. Yes - we have great-tasting cold and hot water but the costs and problems involved balance out the good. Twice poorly made replacement filters or descaling cartridges have caused us problems. The repairs cost extra and are not cheap. I have just booked my second repair.

I love my Bibo!!!!! Get one!!

Bibo is exceptionally well managed. The staff are always very fast to reply to emails. With answers, not excuses. My Bibo could have been installed just days after I ordered it, but I went into hospital. They sorted it all out for me when I got home without any issues. The unit itself is larger than I imagined, but my goodness is it just so beautiful looking. It works impeccably well. With energy saving options. Now that I have it I don't know how I managed without it!! I live in Norfolk which has very hard water. They will send all the uv lights and filters that I need throughout the year. Also so many colours to choose from, which you can change if you want by ordering new side panels. It worked out cheaper than their competitor per month, especially that I got free installation in a sale. The guys that installed it from Cascade, were professional, knowledgeable and got it sorted and ready to use within 15 minutes. No mess, no wires sticking out. Super hot 98 or icy cold 4, or mixed temp filtered water at the touch of a button. Will be great after my surgery or for anyone who struggles with lifting the kettle. No more plastic water bottles to buy!!!!! I bought the Bibo Fizz too, sparkling water machine. That has 4 fizz settings and looks stylish next to the main machine. I'm so happy with my purchase. I'm also anxiety free knowing if anything goes wrong or I have a query. The staff at Bibo are super nice and helpful!!
