Why don't Bibo have social media?
Because if they did, everyone would have a Bibo We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy. Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something. These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!! It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)
