Very helpful customer support and very good product. I had a little problem but I contacted Bibo and within 24 hours, they'd already responded and arranged an engineer to come and fix the problem. Would highly recommend

Why don't Bibo have social media?

Because if they did, everyone would have a Bibo We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy. Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something. These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!! It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)

I absolutely love this Bibo machine!

I absolutely love this machine! It’s fantastic. The hot water is perfectly for hot drinks. I don’t even miss my kettle anymore! It looks perfect in my kitchen. From the easy purchase to the expert installation by the engineer, everything went smoothly. Customer service was brilliant. The engineer was incredibly skilled and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this! 👌🏽

Problem with reduced water flow

I reported a problem with the water flow on my 3-year-old BIBO. Some suggestions were given of possible cures. I was offered the visit of an engineer if the suggestions did not solve the problem. I took up the offer of the engineer visit, at a reasonable cost. The engineer was very efficient and knowledgable, curing the problem. Excellent service.

Bibo Water Machine

I have read all the previous comments and there are a few negative ones to say the least. I have owned one for over 5 years now and I have nothing but excellent customer service. I paid for a service after 5 years and the item got damaged in transit. Had to send it back to Bibo. The machine came back as if it was new, to be honest I actually thought I was given a new machine it was that good. The filters arrived on time, the water tastes great. I honestly feel if anyone buys one you will not be disappointed. I went for the Bibo machine over the Virgin, reason being I liked the LCD display in the Bibo and also the fact it had a deep drip tray and trust me it has saved me alot of spillages. One may think with an LCD display there are more things to go wrong which is a fair comment, however l have never had an issues with mine in the last 5 years of owning one. With the Bibo I can preset how much water I need in a cup, so it will automatically stop the water when the cup is full. It also tell me on the LCD display when the filter needs changing and also when it's time to descale the unit. If you find the water is too cold, you can also press a button and it will automatically mix the hot and cold together. Very quiet machine and goes on energy save mode after an hour of no use. In my opinion this water machine ticks all the boxes.

Excellent product, excellent customer service

Delighted with our purchase of the Bibo Classic. As we live in Ireland we had to go for the self installation option, and it really couldn't have been easier. I wasn't sure if the supllied fittings were compatible with the Qual-pex piping under our counter but a call to customer service quickly confirmed it was. Less than 20 minutes later the plumbing installation was complete. The original Bibo delivered had been damaged in transit, but customer services were excellent and had a replacement sent out the next day, and arranged for collection of the original. Even post-Brexit customs clearance was all sorted by BIBO. April, in head office, was great and dealth with everything. The replacement was in perfect condition and we are delighted with its quality and functionality. Highly recommend.

Sales People are Liars!!

I enquired about their product vs. my current Virgin water bar and they told me a pack of lies claiming things that their product does that the Virgin water bar doesn't, which I know for a fact it does because I own one!! When I called them out on it they insisted they knew better than me, and I've owned it for 5 years. Definitely shady business practices here. They also charge for engineer visits and reinstallations where Virgin do not. Virgin's customer service has also been exceptional when I've needed them, so all I can say is if you're considering getting a water bar from your home or business AVOID AVOID AVOID Bibo and talk to Virgin instead!

Shocking Customer service from Start!

Purchased bibo over 10 days ago and still not got a date for installation! Outrageous as customers service team has no clue what they are doing! Going to call and get refund! Should have gone with Virgin!

Expensive parts

I am fed up with the price of the filters for this. There is nothing special inside to make them so expensive. Also we wanted to change the side panels as we had a bit of a kitchen make over. These two bits of plastic were going to cost £53! Down from £84.99

Product looks great but let down with…

Product looks great but let down with long delivery times. On line chat very helpful and answers all questions Good for getting you to sign up but when you do then your told its over 2 weeks for delivery. Not sure i would have gone for this had i known that before i paid.
