I wouldn't recommend this product, ever. ( unless they paid me)
2nd sep 2024 Well we have given up on Bibo, we pay yearly for filters and they don't have any and haven't had for a while Bibo took our money on a standing order for the yearly filters and cleaning bits. It also hasn't dispensed cold water after the first year, or maybe before. ( its been so long I can't remember ) the unit has been a pain since we bought it, one of the leaks caused damage to our work top. what can I say, I can say this, we are buying a kettle and under the sink water filters., THE END x I have had the Bibo eight months and had a few problems with it, but it then seemed to have sorted itself out. We had water running out the dispenser a month before we needed to change the filters and leaks from underneath the unit on and off for a couple of months but then it got ridiculous. We contacted Bibo, after a week an engineer said he has fixed it only for it to leak before he drove to end of the road. contacted them again, they said we will let the engineering department know. They then contacted us for a date, I said any day this week and we are still waiting. All in all the Bibo cost us £603 including extended warranty and fitting it. The filters & UV light cost £104.70. every six months the filters need a change and yearly for the UV. WE have no hot water for tea & coffee and have to boil it in a pot. Annoying as …. on a positive note it's a nice colour and we are going to the Cinema Thursday to see the Kingsman.
