Unhelpful, non-responsive
It took them three weeks to issue my e-ticket when I first booked. Now I need to make changes because my destination has become a war zone and they’re being incredibly unhelpful. I get hand balled from one person to another. No responses to emails sent. They make promises about “someone” will call you or email shortly but no one ever does. I bought my ticket from them because it was the cheapest option but I wouldn’t touch this organisation again. Pay a little extra and get your ticket from someone else. It isn’t worth the drama
