It is the worst on-line booking site I ever used. I will not use this site book any future flights and will not recommend to anyone. Please try booking via Kyoto online booking site. You will the best
They do not give the full info when you are making a booking. When you finish the booking they will say for everything you have to pay extra. Example, when I booked my flights ti the UK all me check-in luckages, they wants me to pay $120 for every 5kg, each sector. All other booking sites give you 23Kg check-in luggage allowance. Now I have to pay $1,200 extra up and down forcheck-in luggage. I could have booked with Etihad airline directly for lesser price.
