I spoke to Rosheen today because I hadn’t correctly activated my groupon voucher code for my breakdown cover. She was really helpful and reassuring and guided me through the process, responding very quickly and clearly. She was excellent and I am now confident that I have the cover I bought. Unfortunately I had to cancel my new policy, due to an issue with the age of my car so emailed Customer Services, who responded in a very timely manner. I dealt with Chloe and even though when she picked up the first email from me on a day off, she still made me aware she had picked it up and would keep me updated, which she did. The whole process with her, whilst also simultaneously dealing with Groupon was slick and it was a real pleasure to deal with somebody who kept you informed throughout the process and whose communication skills and customer service were exemplary. Thanks Chloe.
Quite shocking,was charged £45 told 90minutes for recovery & after 2hrs phoned back only to be told they had been delayed & were sending another breakdown company.Would you not have thought there system would have flagged up that the 90minutes had expired & for them to contact me rather than me call them.45 minutes later the other company turned up after I had been told they were coming from 10 miles away which turned out a lie as the driver had been heading back from Bradford when he got the call,so in all over 3 hrs after I originally called.They tell you things that aren't true & charge you 45 pound for the privilege.
Will not be going with this company again,I suppose you get what you pay for.Green flag or RAC may be a bit more expensive but you won't get ripped off when you break down.
Please be aware although they claim they are cheaper and saling insurnace product from various sites (i.e groupon)
They are lots of hidden access claim added and this cause customer
I absolutely wont recommend Please stay with them and found other cheaper options
Breakdown on M4......
The initial call was somewhat frustrating. Firstly the wait was around 8 mins to answer. Then a guy answered who in all fairness was very good. However what was an issue for me was the fact he was in a very busy and loud call center. There was no noise cancelling and I must've heard at least 5 other people talking at same volume as him. This combined with traffic shooting past at 70mph and wind made things very hard to hear. I think this needs to be addressed and look at volumes of call centres. However after the struggle the recovery went well and I could not fault the service. It turned up in a timely manner and the driver was very friendly and caring. The system worked well on the app, and I was more than happy with my assistance. Overall great value.
My car broke down and i rang control centre, took only 2-3 minutes to connect to an advisor. He confirmed that the pick up truck will arrive in between 45mins - 1 hr. Truck arrived in 45 mins. A1 serv
we broke down at the services on m5 and asked whether we wanted engineer or recovery, as we had stopped and the car wouldn't start we thought engineer so asked. We waited 3 x hours and then engineer came and discovered starter motor broken so needed recovery. We were then told we could not get 2x options and as we had engineer not entitled to recovery. Had to arrange pick up from Gloucester back to Bristol for 7 people and then arrange for recovery the next day of the car as happened on a Saturday and BeSmart not available over weekends. I then contacted BeSmart on the Monday and they investigated and in the end paid my car recovery bill back but nothing for arranged lifts etc. Whilst it was sorted in the end it should not have come to this and wonder if worth the hassle??
Really bad service I was broken down for 5 hours I am disabled I had a child and 2 cats. and when they did show up. The mechanic said he only got the call 20mins before. Do not buy total CON.
Yes you did get back to me nearly a month after. plus the email was full of un truths not only the weather was sunny all day, and you said the weather was bad as i said before the mechanic only got the call 20 minuets before he arrived and he didn't have very much work that day. Not worth it more hassle then not having cover.
Be Smart. Don't ever try to buy anything from this.
They don't even answer the call for purchasing a policy with them and sent email as well, but no response. But the funny part is we tried to call on a Thursday afternoon 2pm and the response we got is phone lines are closed. It is open only Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm. Then it got disconnected automatically. Be Smart!
I was stranded on the M4 at 4pm on a Sunday with a window wiper that had stopped working (it had been raining heavily) I was told wipers weren't included in the policy and that I'd have to take to a local garage (garages not open on a Sun after 4!!!) refused recovery and or assistance.
Avoid at all costs!!

BeSmart have renewed my 12-month policy over a month early. When prompting to cancel and have my order refunded, they were quick to cancel but refuse to offer a refund.
Never got to use their service, so no comment on that. You can read the other one-start reviews to base your opinion.
I got insurance via - provider online and chose roadside recovery option as well. This company felt they are entitled to set up a direct debit around renewal time and started getting money from me without confirming with me and not without sending a direct debit confirmation letter.Not recommended
