Breakdown on M4......
Breakdown on M4...... The initial call was somewhat frustrating. Firstly the wait was around 8 mins to answer. Then a guy answered who in all fairness was very good. However what was an issue for me was the fact he was in a very busy and loud call center. There was no noise cancelling and I must've heard at least 5 other people talking at same volume as him. This combined with traffic shooting past at 70mph and wind made things very hard to hear. I think this needs to be addressed and look at volumes of call centres. However after the struggle the recovery went well and I could not fault the service. It turned up in a timely manner and the driver was very friendly and caring. The system worked well on the app, and I was more than happy with my assistance. Overall great value.
