After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Purchased an item from Berkfield Home via Debenhams. Item arrived in good time however it was in a terrible state , poor wood work , poor paint job looks as though it’s been used and returned. Emailed customer services 12 days ago still waiting on a reply after 3 attempts. Surprised by the reviews below stating a quick response within 48 hours, I’m still waiting 12 days later. Very disappointed Edit - received the below message in response to this. You have still not contacted me or replied to any email , if you expect me to email you again How are you not replying to my previous emails?! I have contacted Debenhams directly who have responded to me via their customer care team.

Bought something from the Debenhams website that is shipped by Berkfield Home. Apparently worth £120, but on sale at £30. When it arrived, it's clear that it's not worth even £5 so tried to return. Debenhams provide an email address, as you can't return it to them. Berkfield Home then ask for a photo and then, at the second attempt, change email address to a Gmail account avoiding any mention of a return. Would never use them again or Debenhams for that matter - such shoddy service!

This seems to be a theme but they do not respond to their support emails when requesting a refund and there is no phone number, I have now emailed for a third time. I am going to be making a really big fuss if I do not hear back and have the refund organised by the end of this week.

My matter was concerning a return and full refund, which I received. I had a very positive experience with BH customer service. Their response was swift and the resolution was hassle free and handled with great consideration for any inconvenience which may have been caused. Thanks very much!

Ordered a rug through Debenhams. Tried to return but no one replies to your emails. No contact number. I’ve read the positive reviews, FAKE!! All the genuine bad reviews that can’t get a response via email get a response from the company to email them! LOL!!!

Purchased a product online from B&Q, when the product arrived I had an issue and had to contact the seller direct. Emailed them Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning had a response asking for some more information. Once supplied I received a response offering a solution,which I declined after a further two emails all resolved. All I can say excellent customer service,it should have been five star but knocked it down to four due to issue with product.
